What I liked about Rayne was her initiative. Creating a supply for the demand and using that to fund her future escape (no, not drugs!) to further her education is smart but dangerous as well. Struggling with being an outcast, bullied by those of her acquaintance, and undergoing a change puts her squarely into the crosshairs of one who also has his own demons to overcome. A bully romance with only the hint of the taboo.

I was trapped from the start and could hardly put this book down. I enjoyed reading this and look forward to reading others

Sometimes a forbidden play is just what the coach ordered. Rayne and Wolfe's relationship just shows love is blind. A true alpha overcomes obstacles and will win most of the time. Way to go!

This is my first book read from this author, and I highly enjoyed it!!! I so look forward to reading more books from her!

Renee Rose knows how to write a hot, steamy, possessive, growly alpha-hole young adult story! Grrr. So good. Such a fast s;xy read. Satisfied all the feels. Now I want to go back and read books 1&2 that I missed. This book had a slow s;xy, dirty, sweet, talk’n, possessive alpha-burn for sure. Told in present tense. Both pov. HEA. Yum!

Step Alpha was a very enjoyable hot read. I always wanted Rayne to find herself and a wolf of her own. Wilde. He was definitely wild. It was a slow hate burn but when they finally got together, fire! Kudos!

Fantastic read. Love how domineering Wild is and how Rayne grows into her own. Can't wait to read Lauren's story next.

Loved the story. It was so cute at the end. I really liked how even when he was being a bully, wilde never did so anything unforgivable. I liked both wilde and raynes characters. N they were a perfect fit. Really enjoyed the read.

If you like enemies to lovers, throw in step siblings, and young love...this is for you. Really loved this. I will read more by this Author for sure!

This is the first book I’ve read in the series, and while I’m a little disappointed it was step-brother and not step-dad (oops! Lol) it was easy to jump in without having read the prior books.Enemies to lovers, shy overlooked heroine, jock hero. The only thing missing was knots.

I love this series, and I'm so glad Renee came back to it and brought back the more "bully" aspect of it. This story is loads of fun, and while a bit of a slower burn than I expected, it was super spicy once we got there. I would have liked a bit more grovel/resolution at the end, but overall I flew through this story and loved the relationship evolution of these two characters from step brother/bully to unexpected mates.

This is my first time reading this author but it definitely not be the last. Just the right amount of alpha a-hole and protectiveness.

This is my first book by Renee Rose and I enjoy her writing style and character development. The chemistry between Rayne and Wilde was tense and hot. When they do come together it's explosive. I loved how Wilde started off rough and set on revenge but he couldn't stop himself protecting Rayne even if he didn't always go about it the right way. Their connection was primal. Rayne has sass for the runt of the pack. She knows how to stick up for herself and is okay be vulnerable when needed. Overall, good story. Not super taboo, they were only step-siblings as adults who didn't grow up as siblings.

Love how independently strong Rayne is and that Wilde figured it out, that they are mated. Loved and enjoyed it

An excellent book to read. I would recommend this one if you like young love and some dangerous situations. Great storyline and characters.

I absolutely loved this book! Not a huge fan of bully romance, but it made complete sense in this story line and the book wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't there.

This book surprised me, I was looking for something to pass the time. Instead I found something I couldn’t put down. There were I couple of scenes that I was not sure about, but I understood them and they helped the story flow.I wanted to know more about Rayne and her 🐺 as well as maybe see how they cleaned up the mess she made.I now need to get the rest of the series.

Renee Rose did it again. I couldn't stop reading it. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes romance, werewolves and a little danger.

Stepbrother romances aren't necessarily my favorite, but this one had me interested. I enjoyed it.

I loved this book very much, that characters, the plot, the twist and the Romance is on fire! I am not a “Stepbrother” kink kind of girl, I do respect all kinds of kinks, but this book was good! Very well written, Give it a try! You won’t regret it.

This story is a roller-coaster of trepidation, lust, and love. I will happily read it again. The story did a great job of keeping my attention.

Great read. Suspense, love, family, the whole thing right here. Characters are well written and draw you in. Will read this author again.

Fun alpha book! Spicy. Nothing too emotional or serious. At the end, she fits in with everyone, but it doesn’t really change the fact that they ostracize anyone that doesn’t shift. They’re not really her community if it’s conditional.

I read this book and came into the book with a so so mindset… this book was amazing! The twist and turns and the ending was perfect 10/10 recommend
