To calculate the cost of shipping, please make sure to put your address in at checkout. All shipping rates include handling costs and fees such as, but not limited to, packaging materials and associated labor costs.
EU Shipping
EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid
at checkout.
1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and
taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No
additional charges on delivery.
2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs
processing, resulting in faster delivery times..
3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not
included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact
our customer support at shop@reneeroseromance.com for assistance.
SIGNED BOOKS
I ship all SIGNED books via USPS media mail and International Priority. I do my best to get your books out within 1-2 days of placing your order. I cannot accept returns on any personally signed items once I've begun the order.
UNSIGNED BOOKS & Other Merchandise
If you have purchased an unsigned book, these are printed on demand and ship from the warehouse closest to your location. (There are both US and UK locations.) Most books can be printed within these time frames:
- Paperback & Merch orders - 7-10 business days
- Special Editions - 4-6 weeks
You will receive an email with tracking information once they have finished printing.
