Yessss another amazing read from this author. I love how I share my name with one of the main characters. I always say I need to read about a Chelle or Michelle :)So in this book, Chelle is trying to save her brother Zane who is in way over his head with gambling. He was a good kid, kept winning, on the right path until he gotMixed up with drugs and everything went downhill. He’s in the whole for 40k and they just took his mustang. Chelle ( Zane’s olderSister ) offers her car up too which is not accepted. Absolutely love the light banter between these two. They are adorable.What happens when Zane owes other thugs a bunch of money too and they kidnap Chelle? Will she be rescued in time…before anything bad happens to her? Who willBe the one to rescue and save her from the unknown?Goshhhhh LOVED IT!!!

I loved this book. It was a mixture of danger, and romance. It was a good story. I loved the interaction between Nikolai, Chelle, and her brother Zane.

Really liked Chelle and NikolaiOverall, all books have been great except Natasha and Diam. I've loved the men are alpha holes but have a sweet, soft side with the women. I like strong, intelligent women, which Chelle definitely was.

Another hit for Renee Rose! This story is filled with intrigue, suspense and many times I worried about the safety of these characters. Definitely a five star read!

Sucked in from the first book! The brothers were who I was looking forward to reading most and the books were awesome! I love how she has been writing this series, probably my favorite of her work!!!

I love her characters!!! All of the characters’ stories are intertwined and each get their own book in the series.

I enjoyed this story of Nikolai and Chelle. I really liked Nikolai. The author did a good job of showing how he feels on the edge of his group of bratva brothers, especially now that his twin brother Dima has left to live with his girlfriend. Nikolai is a really good guy whose position in the bratva forces him to do some unsavory things. Knowing this, he realizes that someone like Chelle wouldn't want a permanent relationship with him. Of course, as she gets to know him better, her fears about his profession and association with the bratva dwindle as her love for him grows. And of course there's a very satisfying HEA.

Nikolai is the bratva's poker game leader. He's their bookie. It's Zanes turn in the hot seat. He owes a lot of money from gambling losses. He gives them his car but it's not enough. Zane's sister, Chelle wants to help so she offers her car. But Nikolai has something else in mind. It's that time, read the book for another interesting story

Man, I love these books so much! I lose sleep over Rene Rose’s book series. These are a must-read! The Bratva men are so hot!!!

What do you do when your twin and his girl move? Or when all the guys in your life seem to be finding their other halves? You met yours at a card game. Being as you work with people who you can't talk about or about the work then you do your best. It was an eye opening story about two people who were opposites and yet they fit perfectly. The twist and turns in this story gave me a lot to think about and gave me a little insight into how a man can feel about the changes he sees around him and the true meaning of family. How far one is willing to go for that family. This love story was one for my heart and my mind. I want to read the next one in this family. Thanks for the adventure may the next one be as good if not better.

I love Renee Rose deft touch with this series. It is NOT dark and the characters are all likeable. The story is easy to follow, with an ongoing plot sifting through all the books. Excellent formatting and editing. The book is just compulsively readable.

Another great story in the continuing series by Renee Rose, who is one of my favorites. Nikolai and Chelle go thru some serious crap to get the HEA they deserved, thanks to Chelle's brother Zane, who's drug and gambling addiction causes chaos.I have always given these books a 5 star rating but I can't with this this one and this is why. My issue comes from the beginning of the story involving a ring and the reasons why Chelle doesn't want to leave it behind when she can't get the safe to open. There are several references to "the cleaning people" being a reason why she didn't feel safe leaving the ring in her office over the weekend. I was a bit insulted, being a "cleaning person" myself. The suggestion that it would come up missing was offensive.

This is a well written series and each book in the series can be read as a standalone but reading in order does enhance the experience.Nikolai runs the Bratva's gambling operations and crosses paths with Chelle when her brother owes them a lot of money and he takes a piece of jewelry that belongs to Chelle's employer to pay for his debt. Nikolai give her back the jewelry, and their relationship takes off from that point. The books are light on the mafia as over time, the group has moved more and more to legal avenues to make money and rely less on the illegal revenue streams, and they stay out of drugs and other more objectionable areas.

I enjoyed this "Chicago Bratva" story. It is a little dark but not to bad. I like the characters and the plot was interesting and intriguing. Love how it develops and especially ends. This story is about Chelle and Nikolai. It does have some triggers for some. The story is how her brother is deep in debt to Nikolai and the Bratva. Nikolai takes debt very serious; he even has a code her goes by. Chelle, feels responsible for her brother and pleads with Nikolai and offers herself up. Nikoli has never taken such a proposal serious until now. The attraction and pull between them is strong. Such a good read. *I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book.*

Nikolai is part of the mafia and is willing to accept a deal with Chelle. He will have her for 30 days in exchange for her brother going free. Chelle tries her best not to fall for Nikolai. She's charmed by him. Nikolai intends to keep Chelle for much longer than the arrangement allows, he wants her for all time. A good story and addition to the series.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Super hot with unexpected twists!! The entire series is incredible and I can't wait for the next one!!! Renee Rose is the master of her craft! I hope that the series never ends

I've enjoyed this whole series so far, and this book was a relaxing read.***SPOILER AHEAD***I'd have thought, with the blurb as it was, that the bargain to trade herself for her brother would have been a bit more intense, but this was more a game than anything else. Our Bookie has basically written off her brother's debt from the moment he made the deal, because there was no way he'd have enforced her end of the bargain.This satisfies the need for consent (at least he isn't a douche), and brings this story out of the realm of dark romance into playful roleplay.All of that said, I still found the book enjoyable, and can't wait for the rest of the series.I volunteered to review an ARC.

The author does a spectacular job with this book and the series as a whole. Only someone well versed in the craft could make the Bratva seem sweet and someone you would swoon over. This story was about Nikolai and Chelle. Their story was amazing and I can’t wait for the next.

Nikolai and Chelle. What starts out as an attempt to clear her brothers debt becomes something she never planned. Nikolai is fabulous, danger mixed with good heart and Chelle is fiercely protective and someone Nikolai does not need but someone he wants desperately.I received this book as an arc and am voluntarily submitting my review.

I loved the story! A roller coaster of emotions that hooked me from the 1st chapter. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a story line full of action and some Hot, Hot scenes.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. You will be captivated from the beginning. Nikolai and Chelle’s chemistry burns off of the pages, every word pulls you in to an amazing, steamy, passionate, thrilling, exciting, addictive story. Once you start reading you will not want to stop until the end. Renee Rose’s words just flow off of the pages that you crave more. I cannot recommend this enough and you will love this as much as I have.

I think this was part of a series. However, I was able to read it as a standalone. Nikolai is Russian mafia and has come to collect money from Zane. He meets Zane’s sister Chelle and sparks fly.

This has got to my favorite so far in this series. I know, I seem to say that after each book. But they just keep getting better and better. This is Nickoli's story. He runs the private poker games. It seems that Celli's brother, Zane, has a gambling problem. He ends up owing the Bratva money. Chelli goes to try and get her brother out of trouble by agreeing to give herself to Nickoli. Of course, it's not quite as simple as that but you will have to read the book to see how it pans out.It love Renee's style of writing, it feels like you are in the room with the characters. The stories are never rushed and you get to know the characters in the story. I have never found any of those annoying editing mishaps that distract from the story. Each story is a stand alone but the books are about a Bratva family so the characters show up in following books. I think it's always more enjoyable when you start the series from book one. You won't regret it. I can't wait for the next book.
