His Human Prisoner: An Alien Warrior Romance (Zandian Masters Book 2) by Renee Rose is a fast paced, alien, action-adventure romance with extra steam. Rok is after Lily after she dupes him, stealing his ship! Frequently under*, Lily escapes slavery only to find herself in need of rescue. Rok finds her and the steam factor increases as does the emotional connection that neither one of them is ready for.Overall, the action, plot and sensual nature of this Master/slave romance is highly entertaining and exciting read with a HEA and the next book’s lead in. So intriguing!

I'm still entertaint and reading on. Good storie and I'm lucky to har the next few book and I'm gonna enjoy them

I liked this one better than the first one. Maybe because you got more of the story.There are scenes of extreme spankings and mention of past trama. If these are triggers I would suggest a different book.

Enjoyed reading this book and reading about the characters and their story. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

This is a wonderful set of books. If you like alien type stories it is top of the line. If you have never tried them this is a great way to try them.

Lily had stowed away on Rock's ship then she stole the ship. Rok decides to find her for revenge but falls deeper under her spell.

Amazing read

wasn't sure if I was going to like this series, but this amazing author put the series out for free during the start of Covid-19, I have since read all of them and brought the next series too about the brides :) loved all of them.

This book is such a page turner and I can’t seem to put it down. A very good author! 😄

I love the descriptions of the Zandians. They are large and muscular. I'm still not sure about all of the violence but I will read another one. Lol.

I'm not reading them in order but they are all enjoyable no matter the order you read them in. 👍👍

I love Zandian masters series. I quite like the zandian brides series but I felt it was not in the same league as the first series. Either way I highly recommend these two series. I binge read them all in 3? 4? Days. Not continuously of course but whenever I had a spare moment? I absolutely had my phone in my hand reading it. Really love what she/you did with this..thank you! (Also, idk if this has any bearing but..you made me do my first book review, congrats!)

ROK may have underestimated Lily and what she means to him. Lily soon shows she is more than Rok expected. These two are so hawt together!!

These aliens are getting hotter by the minute! I am loving the direction the underlying story is going. Rok and Lily are explosive! These scenes are scorching. Their relationship is fast and tumultuous. I am so ready for the next adventure!

When Rok found Lily stowed away on his ship he never imagined how much trouble the little human could cause. He also never imagined that she could steal his heart.

Love reading about the alien men. They sound interesting to day the least. Some imagination. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Highly recommend reading if this is your type book. If not take a leap and step out of the and you won't regret it.

Great love story on Rok and Lily. He will stop at nothing to find her and claim her. I must say once again Renee Rose doesn't disappoint. Seems each book gets hotter and hotter. The windows seem to steam up with each chapter. This Series is a must read!

Love the intriguing and challenge as what will happen next. So far this series is turning out to be another one of her excellent series.

Couldn't stop reading. I love how the story develops and can stand alone but flows into the others in the series.

Prince Zander calls for Rok to return to their home base and reunite Lily with her long-lost family. Can Rok convince Lily to stay with him, or will they be forced apart before they have a chance to explore their chemistry?His Human Prisoner is the second book in the Zadian Masters series and is much shorter than the first novel. To me, this story felt very rushed and I didn't enjoy it as much as the first book. It was still written very well, I just was looking forward to more of their love story.

For adults only (18+ years) Contains subject matter that may be offensive / sensitive to some. This includes adult language (the authors use some interesting substitutes), violence (some to the death) and detailed adult intimate scenes.While this could probably be read as a standalone story, I highly recommend that they be read in order for more enjoyment.I loved this story! The characters are developed, there are tense moments that are alleviated with something funny or "bedroom" antics. But my favorite part is how Rock is able to recognize the strength in his human mate and help her heal from her time in captivity.

I really enjoyed reading this book.The characters were fun and interesting.The author senses of the emotions for her characters are amazing.

This book was full of romance, tension, excitement, and passion. I love the author's writing style and willingness to go to dark places. I also appreciate that she DOES NOT fill her books with pointless fillers just to make them longer or separate one book into three parts. I love this series!!

I gave this book a four rating because it was a good story and I enjoyed the characters and how they grew

This book was good, but not as exciting as much as book 1. I thought Rok was good for Lily however her character was not as what I thought it could have been. Another good book in the series to read, but I wouldn't consider giving this a second read. Not that it was bad, but the story wasn't strong enough for me.

Nice build off the previous story. Locked my interest right away and I plowed through this one as well!
