I loved this book so much. There are wonderful twists that are so unexpected and keep you reading to find out what is next. And one of the best love stories I've read in a long time. Happy reading everyone

Really enjoying this series. The FL (Sasha) really plays her role of spoiled Russian mafiya princess well. So much that it takes most of the book not to want to strangle her, but that's character building, right? It's great to change your mind about characters as your reading. Renee Rose sets up an interesting dilemma. Her characters are a product of their environments. What I love about this Chicago Bratva series is this cell's work to create something different in their relationships. Ravil opens that door in The Director. Now it's Maxim's turn. Can he "fix" this situation that's been thrust upon (or entrusted to) him? Who can Sasha believe in this world where no one can be trusted? They are far enough away from HQ in Moscow that you want to believe that could be possible.

Second book in the series, I think I liked the first book a little better because I liked the hero and heroine. I loved Maxim but Sasha had to grow on me, for half of the book I thought she was a spoiled brat. It was fun watching them fall in love.

I love Renee Rose, her books are always great. It was the perfect length did not drag out. I love the story, I will definitely read the rest of the Chicago Bravta books

A good story - improbable beginning that sets up a non-stop plot but the ending is sort of weak but overall solid.

Maxim is the fixer for Ravil, the boss of the Chicago bratva. Sasha is the girl who got him expelled from Russia for the lies she told. Here we are years later and he gets a summons to come back to Russia from Igor, the Russian bratva boss. Maxim is told to marry Sasha and accept her dowry. Talk about enemies to friends. Read the book to see how that happens.

Loved Maxim and Sasha’s story! She’s a bit of a brat but he’s pretty good a taming her wildness with love and attention. Great read.

I couldn't believe the chemistry between Sasha and Maxim. Even though it had been eight long years since they last saw each other. Maxim at first had me wondering if he was going just put her somewhere and leave her but his heart wouldn't let him. Sasha had me wanting to strangle her for being a stubborn woman but at the same time I could understand why. The surprise on the cake for me was Galina. She was afraid to be without money and poisoning Sasha to think that Maxim wanted her money was just cruel. I love the fact that Pavel and the rest of the guys had Maxim's back when they thought his bride was using him. Most of all they learned that they had to fight for the right to love and trust each other and I found that the sweetest surprise of all. It was a great read and I would recommend this to my friends. Alpha's who meet their match. Thank you for the journey to love.

Man, I love these books so much! I lose sleep over Rene Rose’s book series. These are a must-read! The Bratva men are so hot!!!

I really did enjoy this book. I was introduced to the series after reading Ravel and Lucy’s meeting at Black Light Roulette. So I’m bouncing back and forth between the series. Please note that after reading this book, be sure to read the Roulette rematch book which includes Pavel matching up with Kayla. The stories are all quite fun. Definitely recommended.

The writing is superb. Words and story flow across the pages. The reader is transported into the story feeling like they are indeed part of the scene. Great job.

I enjoyed reading Sasha and Maxim story. Even though there married was arraigned, trust is hard to accept by both Of them after being hurt by the ones you love. This book is full of suspense, betrayal, mafia business, money, friendship and falling in love. You will get a glimpse at how the Bratva works in Chicago and in Russia. Hope you enjoy reading this part of the Chicago Bratva series.

This is book 2 and you should read book 1 also but in order. They are such good reading and you can't put them down. About an up and coming(Lennix) young lady that fell in love with her family enemy son and didn't know it. But the young man name Maxim still didn't tell her about who he was. As time when on they lose touch with one another but soon found each other even after ten years. You got to read these two books, it's the greatest love story of all time.

For honest Review. Aleksandra antonoua father is dieing and since his word is law her mother is to be given to Vladimir and she is to Marry maxim popov the man that she got banished now he is the fixer in America for the Bratva there. This story was fantastic I love these characters and the way the story holds your attention.

Blindsided by a forced marriage they both hate, Maxim and Sasha fight the attraction that’s never been far away. But with danger chasing them since the death of her father, they grow inevitably closer, their feelings becoming stronger and so sweet and over the top hot!! Even with tricks and betrayals flickering at every turn, can these two passionate people trust enough to get their HEA? So good!!

I really love how she brings in all the characters. You really get a feel about them and want to read their story.

Awesome story! I was hooked quickly and finished in 2 days once started. Nice job author with melding the Russian Bratva and then how America changes them. It’s also always fun to see how big, strong men change after love.

I love this series . Each book is related or a stand alone. But also related back to the Blacklight series.

Sasha is a mafia princess that is in an arranged marriage with Maxim. Her father died and left her to marry him. No matter how many tantrums Sasha has, Maxim will have her as his wife. The chemistry between them is hot and explosive. Maxim is the fixer for the mafia. He handles Sasha perfectly and is patient with her. Awesome read.

I like this book it was an enjoyable movie. The story was great. The pace was smooth. The characters are very realistic of a very good plot.

Wow, I absolutely love reading and listening to Maxim and Sasha’s story. This enemies to love story is full of action, comedy, love and misunderstandings. I have to say I just can’t get enough of how the guys have each other’s backs. I absolutely love how Sasha got along with everyone. Most of all I love how Sasha stands up to her mother, when it came to her love for Maxim. Above all I love how both Maxim and Sasha fell for each other.

When Sasha's father is on his death bed he demands she marry a man she betrayed years ago. He agrees and they're married immediately. They have trust and communication issues of course but they have real feelings for each other. They feel like real people I care about.

I love these characters and the story isn't your typical mafia stuff. It centers much more on the characters. Written well and pure fun. I adore this Author's books

The only thing I didn’t care for was a 23 year old woman acting like a child, everything else I was great just her acting out to get what she wants is too much for me to stomach.

This is one of my favorite books I really loved Sasha's story! It was a steamy read. Can't wait to read the next one!
