Zandian Masters E-Book 1: His Human Slave

It was such a great read!

I love this author’s works and I love the Zandian books - the original series and it’s “spinoffs.” I’m usually rushing through dinner and dishes to begin reading any new Renee Rose books so I can catch at least a couple hours of sleep before work (yes, I admit reading Renee Rose during the week is directly detrimental to my energy level at work but worth it! Lol). I’m not going into any analysis of the books as there are excellent ones already written but I wanted to encourage any new readers to RR to read this first book in the series and I think you might just find yourself captured by this author and the world(s) she’s created! Don’t miss out!

So good

This story is a titillating tale of love and loss, reconnection and rebirth. The author knew what she was doing when she threw this pair together. Not only did they find common ground and a love for the ages, but it opened the universe up to this series. I love how their is an instant and intense connection from the beginning and how they found their HEA. This book was the best series starter and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Good book

Normally I would complain about non-consenual & abusive behavior of the male lead but considering the title and the synopsis, readers we're warned. The 4 stars not 5 is because I was hoping the female lead would grow a backbone and become his equal by the end. Given the genre there's no way she leaving him, but she could have made more progress. The Epilogue ends on a cliffhanger for a related character. Moderate to high amount of adult content.

Hot! I couldn't put it down read in 1night. I bought the whole set. Your going to need a cold shower after this one.

Also renee is famous for, this is a wonderful blend of kinky and swoony. All the feels! I am not going to be poor because I need this whole series lol.

For those who enjoy a spicy Alien romance, you won't he disappointed with this book. It's the story of an alien Prince who's species is on the brink of extinction. Lamira is a human slave who is sold to the Prince Zander as the best genetic match for procreation. If dubious consent, spankings or punishment upset you in any way, the isn't the book for you.I liked the storyline and the alien universe created by Ms. Rose. This book is hot in the right places, has the sweetest HEA and it establishes the bases for a great series featuring the Zandians.

I love this books because the a so easy a read but good entertainment and the storie are good in all of them

I am not a lover of sci-Fi books but this one reminded me a bit of David and Goliath type story. The tiny slave girl against the giant alien master/ Prince who was made to breed yada yada but they fell in love. I loved it. It was such a sensual story I couldn’t put it down. Now I am waiting for the remainder of the series.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I have read many Alien/human books but this one was a bit special. Zander gets 5 stars himself and Lamira is a sassy little human, but not the bratty kind. Highly recommend. Sherrie

Definitely pulls you in but it was a quick read in under 2 hours. Made me want to read the second book in order to know what happens.

What a fantasy world you lead me too, it was exciting, romantic and different. I can't wait to read more of your books and this series.

I had read other series, Zandian Brides, a while ago, was glad I stumbled on the first one. The origin story of the last royal bloodline in Zander and his perfectly matched breeder, Lamira.Lamira had been a slave, hiding her claircognizance; think psychic with empathy with thoughts being received though. Paired together to continue the Zandian line which was on the brink of extinction.Steamy, yet gives you a bit of an emotional read as well.

If you have triggers then you might not want to read this book. Lots of other bad reviews but I mean come on people read the title!(insert eye roll) I have very few triggers and none were in this book, I loved it. I embarrassingly enough thoroughly enjoyed the interactions between the two main characters. Sci fi books are new to me, they were never something I had intended to ever start reading but I may be hooked, especially after this one.Four stars because it has a bit of a cliffhanger at the end, I hate those!

This is a good, well written Sci-fi romance. There are triggers for some between the dominate leader of the Zandians and the human submissive slave bought to provide an heir. Read and enjoy.

Wasn't sure I would like it at first but once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. Awesome storyline.

This book is exactly what it advertises. The woman is not beaten throughout the book and there are no overly violent scenes of rape. She is well taken care of and the hero comes to love and care for her. She come to accept him as her mate rather quickly and even goes so far as to save his life.

The book was about like some others I have read . We’re the male alien plans on training the female by spanking. The female in this book being able to know things by mental means. This also makes her stronger when the aliens crystals come in contact with her.

Sometimes people don't know what they need until they get it. Sometimes people don't understand how actions will affect others. When you have an alien race that doesn't understand the human race there is a learning curve. This is definitely a series just for that topic.

I can’t get enough of this series it’s so good! I just hope the next zandian serious just as good if not better! I’ve definitely started a collection of Renee Rose books and won’t stop till I have them all I just wish the last book for this series was available in paper back and not just kindle 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend all 8 books.

Very intense beginning to a series.I didn't really care for the prince at first. He is extremely cold in the beginning. As the series continues he becomes more like able.

I loved this world building! I wished it was longer so I could’ve appreciated Zander and Lamira’s story more.Prince Zander’s race is in jeopardy. He has to reproduce in order to continue his line. He was deemed to be compatible with a human; for some reason, she would be the perfect vessel to continue his line. Enter Lamira- A slave from a different planet. His physician has studied humans so that Zander can understand his new slave’s needs. When Lamira is presented to him, she doesn’t know what to expect. She doesn’t understand why she’s there and then finds out, and she’s not too happy. Zander needs to train her so that their breeding can go off seamlessly.In the meantime, there’s a war going on and Zander has enemies. He needs to have offspring and rebuild his population. Lamira is actually special- she has special psychic abilities that allow her to see random things. Being around the crystals from Zander’s planet allows her to see more. Zander suspects something else is going on but she doesn’t admit it how she knows things. Zander’s species cannot lie and the fact that Lamira is withholding information puts a strain on their relationship. He needs to be able to trust her but she’s also afraid for her life.There were a couple of things that bothered me. SPOILERS AHEAD*********When he punishes her cruelly, I appreciated his regret but needed more of a grovel and she gave in way too easily 🙄. I definitely don’t mind “punishments” 😉😉😉but when he’s too cruel, stay mad at him for a few pages at least please lol. Also, I dislike face slaps ugh... again, grovel afterwards please in order to make it more palatable- but these are just my preferences, other people probably don’t mind it like me and that’s okay. The rest of the story line was fine. I would’ve loved to see the piercing scene (luckily, I’m a subscriber to Renee Rose so I was able to read the bonus scene lol) **********END SPOILERS.I would’ve liked this to be longer. I get that things move fast, but I wanted to see the progression to their love more. I loved how attentive Zander was to Lamira, especially considering that she’s a different species from him. I loved how he adjusted to her and got to know her likes, dislikes, etc.If the rest of the series ever goes on sale I’ll definitely buy it! I want to see Lamira’s sister and her mom’s story!

Enjoyed reading this book and reading about the characters and their story. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

Its not slow pace and I love all the characters. Very descriptive, you almost feel connected with the characters and can visualize their environment too.
